the courtyard felt classic and luxurious. horse statues and art pieces gave a classic vibe. i appreciated the green polo grounds away from the hustle and bustle. i took a video of my room with its elegant design and beautiful balcony overlooking horse riders..
the breakfast had very few items and poor choices. there was no salmon or avocado. i noticed this shift despite both hotels being five-star.

Charmed stay at the Polo Resort

The reception team was very helpful. Cherry, in particular, was kind. Her assistance during check-in made things very smooth. Bisanta ensured every order was accurate (i appreciated that!), and nicely presented. The communal areas were well kept.
The sports bar is somewhat dated. The equipment needs slight maintenance.

My room was super clean and thoughtfully set up. The water pressure was great. The bed was very comfortable, promising a peaceful night's sleep. Housekeeping changed towels and turned down the bed.

i liked my stay. cherry at the front desk helped a lot with check-in. she found us rooms next to each other, it. rosella gave me a free suite upgrade from a junior suite to an executive suite. they decorated the room for my daughter's birthday and gave her a cake.
i find the music volume excessive, even at breakfast, making conversation difficult.

the location has a large green area visible from the balconywith a calm atmosphere. there were not many tall buildings directly visible. this setting provided a more secluded and super calm place away from the city bustle.

The room had a well-stocked minibar with various beverages and snacks. The selection was excellent. the bathroom included high-end toiletries and fluffy towels. These added a touch of luxury to my stay. there was a wide selection of channels on the large tv. it was great to have many entertainment options.
